By increasing your weights by from 1.25 – 10.0LB at a time, you can make small incremental weights on a regular basis, which will translate to bigger gains over time!

Our steel change plates encased in bright rubber to a) allow their weight to be identified easily from afar and b) give them an awesome grip on your barbell. The opening is 2 inches, and it is perfect for any standard barbell. Throw em’ on our Games Bar and clamp one of our Aluminum Barbell Collars on the end
